So far I have installed Spybot in order to get rid of that virus but it didn't work... so I attempted to use TDDSkiller and that failed to even start. I cant usually try to do these things on my own...

I tried solving this problem on my own but just cannot do it. So far I have McAfee and Spybot installed. After Spybot failed to destroy the malware I did some research and learned of the TDSSkiller....
