Also, delete following files:
C:\WINDOWS\scmate.ini
C:\WINDOWS\DeskTopBird_K.ini
C:\WINDOWS\SYMGAMES.INI

If that part goes well then it's time to get rid of...

Start hjt, do a system scan, check (if found):
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - (no file)

Close browsers and fix checked.

The infection you have there spreads thru removable drives like usb pendrive and external hard drive. It's recommended to reformat such devices if used with this infected system.
