I have tried to get into ESET in explorer but it is running without add ons and will not run, how do I enable add ons so I can run ESET?

I do not have a clue what it is apart from a false virus alert, I have print screened what comes up;

I clicked the files tab and only C\: came up, then scanned and that is all that comes up.
