1. Free online scans - I click them and they do nothing. I have tried the 3 or 4 you guys recommended...they just don't do anything....

Yes computer is somewhat slower..not affecting my...

I have been able to open any of my spyware or Norton lately. I tried to reinstall it, but still doesn't work. Not computer saavy. Any suggestions?
