This is not my machine, but I will remove these files. Looks like they are still zipped up and this program is not installed on the machine. Could that be the cause of the virus?

So I re-ran aswMBR and then hit fix. I couldn't save the log before the fix rebooted. So I had to re-run the scan, then save the log and then it hit fix and here is my results:
