The only reason I scan many times, is because even when I do not use the internet, two or three spyware things come up:

live365.com - or something of that sort...

The first problem was if Kaspersky scans all of them, the response was it skips them because it had a good reason to.

I was attempting to redo the scan on my mother's computer, but the computer said "Out of Memory" when I attempted to open HJT.

What's the difference between an anti-virus program and a firewall? My firewall removes viruses too.

svchost.exe goes to the internet and then leads my firewall to download updates from like a virus website instead of where it needs to go (wherever there may be).

I was asked to have a new fresh HJT log and therefore here it is for the possible viruses on my computer. I have not turned it off since the last post.

Is this spyware/something similar? Because I was just searching through google, and then at like 38 or something, it comes back to 1, and I know for sure, I hit next.

By "It" I meant the Kaspersky program, and is this ADWARE_BHJK thing a serious problem?

It also said my main firewall was infected for some reason.

And...I saved it to the destination, and I can't find it, it says for my computer's security it was saved under "Temporary Internet...

There is no "save as text" button on the Kasperky online scan.

It also did not find them in the Add/Remove Programs List.

It would not let me delete WebGuide and ShopGuide from C:\Program Files because it says I need permission.

I typed in the password and all, but what did I do wrong?
