My son ran Spybot in safe mode and it picked up a bunch of virtumonde entries...AVG in safe mode did not show them. I really hope someone can help :( He also told me spybot found smitfraud...

Downloader Purityscan fk infection and god knows what else
Yesterday my computer picked up something really nasty..I ran AVG and it says I have the Downloader Purityscan...AVG did not remove it and neither did spybot. In fact things got worse. On my desktop...
