Clean the System Restore files like this:

Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore....

Please do not post my instructions, waste of space. Uninstalling AskBarDis likely removed it all, I just double check. Post a fresh HJT log and tell me about any malware issues.
