I actually already have ESET Smart Security on my computer which is my anti-virus/mal/etc.

I am never asked to install any application on Kaspersky and therefore can't run this step in either chrome or IE. But the problem has been fixed so thank you for everything.

It did the scan but there was no option of choosing with drive to check but i think it just did C. Also it took like 2 seconds to do.

no that is not its exact name but something like it with random numbers and letters

I did Defogger but whenever I run GMER it eventually goes to a blue screen saying there was an error with a file like k334sdds3.sys. DDS worked good.
