I don't really know what to say but Spybot updated itself again this evening. I noticed a PUP update went through and now the problem has disappeared.
So no spyware reported anymore.

I have a problem that only Spybot 1.6.0 seems to find.
I have also scanned with Malware Bytes Anti Malware, Ad-Aware 2008, SUPERantiSpware Free Edition and AVG 8.0 Free, CounterSpy...
