from the above link i did a reinstall of spyboy and that solved the bitdefender issue (why is the free version installing stuff the free version doesnt come with, they need to fix that).

yup, i get this as well after installing the latest version of spybot on windows 7 (a fresh reinstall), as well as the 4 unprotected host files.

i just got done with a full windows 7 reinstall and its still showing 4 unprotected items.

im having the same issue on my laptop running Windows 7 64bit.

When I check system it says 4 are still unprotected, I reapply immunization and it says all are...
