Clip24h.com on my mom's pc

Trojan and viruses on my machine since early August - HELP!
I am getting pop-up after pop-up from broadcaster.com and other sites - some of them graphic, some with audio, etc. It happened while on ebaums world. Please help. I have posted first the HJT log. I alo have the anti-virus logs from Kaspersky which mention a trojan, but the thread is too long...
