My Professional version is 2.9.82.0, is this the latest version, and if not, how do you get the latest version, and is there some kind of auto update which does not require uninstall/reinstall ? Thank you for all assistance and advice.

This program seems to have started to load every time I reboot, and it really takes up resources. Is there a way to prevent this from auto-starting please as I cannot see it in my start up programs in Spybot S&D ? Would appreciate assistance in stopping this. Thank you.

My Anti-Beacon 3.7.0.0 says it is fully licensed under my S&D Licence, however I can see the latest version is 4.1.0.0, but even then the update check shows "You are using the latest version", so what is going on ? Happened on both PC (XP SP2) and laptop (SP3), going into Updates brings the window but the search button is greyed. After about a minute, the box just disappears, Anyone else have same issue ? Any fix for this (other than reinstall) ? Scanning still works fine. Thanks

Everything is fine and suppressed if you either select "I do not know all about that legal stuff" OR tick the "don't show again" box BUT, there are a number of updates which seem to override this - a pain. That is when you think you have scanned in the night, only to find the bloody caption box...
