Hey guys, I'm new here, and found the same file called Dialer_XX via Spybot searches. As mentioned it jumps from one desktop icon to another in reverse alphabetical order.
After deleting all my desktop icons (all but Recycle Bin which wouldn't delete), it didn't show up anymore on Spybot searches. After replacing the icons, it's now there again.
When you say "false positives", do you mean this is a glitch with Spybot? No other spyware programs have detected it.
I ran this HJT log through the online auto annalyzer and it showed all green checkmarks and safe shields.
