computer reboots after starting

hi ,
I bought a new computer .
its core 2 duo and intel dg965whmkr mother board .
i am using window xp sp2 currently . there is a problem .
whenever i start the computer ,after some time compute automatically reboots .
but its working fine in safe mode
please help .
