Welcome to the forum, while it does not mean there is none, I see no malware in the HJT log. There may be hidden malware as you can see in the scan that Panda would not remove for you. First we have an issue we need to correct, and I will give you this information:
You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly.
    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...00031316555206
"Microsoft recommends that you have only one anti-virus program installed on your computer."
    http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...120300087.html

Here is what I see in your HJT log:

    C:\Program Files\CA\
    C:\Program Files\Symantec\
    C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVG7\
    C:\Program Files\Eset\

    and running from services:
    O23 - Service: Automatic LiveUpdate Scheduler - Symantec Corporation - C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate\ALUSchedulerSvc.exe
    O23 - Service: AVG7 Alert Manager Server (Avg7Alrt) - GRISOFT, s.r.o. - C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVG7\avgamsvr.exe
    O23 - Service: NOD32 Kernel Service (NOD32krn) - Eset - C:\Program Files\Eset\nod32krn.exe
    O23 - Service: HIPS Event Manager (UmxAgent) - CA - C:\Program Files\CA\SharedComponents\HIPSEngine\UmxAgent.exe

I suppose it may be possible that the CA program is being used for some other purpose? Make me aware of that fact if it is not running as an antivirus program, but the others appear to be. Choose one antivirus program to run and uninstall the others.

C:\Program Files\Webroot\ <<< do you own this program?

Here is some information that may help you:
    http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/m...wcomputer.html

Once you have completed the above instructions, if you still have problems, post a new HJT log and describe your problems in as much detail as possible. If you are receiving error messages, post them "word for word".

    Thanks

wow thanks for replying so fast!!

I'm still having problems....Media Player and winamp freeze my computer with an hour glass.....and fireFox doesn't load pages from the internet(it loads htmls on my hard disk..)

I DON'T have CA installed on my computer I had the firewall, antispyware and antispam installed but i guess it didn't uninstall properly...I tried installing it again to uninstall it and it gives me and error about the firewall:

"Warning W9011:you do not have sufficient privileges to install or uninstall Personal Firewall.

Unable to update registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CA\CAPF

    Try logging on as Administer."

I am logged on as Administer...

I did every thing you told me to do I uninstalled AVG and Spy Sweeper and the Synmatic updater
so I only have e-nod and spt bot search & destroy

as I said in the first post winamp and windows media palyer work when im logged on as guest or another user that I created.but firefox doesnt load pages there either

Thanks for returning your information and the feedback. This may take a while, especially since I see no malware (does not mean something could not be hiding from HJT) because these issues of multiple antivirus programs and Media Center issues are not what I do, but I will do my best to help. First I need to say this.

We need to have one antivirus program, one firewall and at least one anti-spyware type program actively running. I am telling you this so we can work towards that goal. If you are running a third party firewall then the SP2 firewall should be turned off.

Let's look at this item first:
    C:\Program Files\CA\SharedComponents\HIPSEngine\UmxCfg.exe
    C:\Program Files\CA\SharedComponents\HIPSEngine\UmxFwHlp.exe
    C:\Program Files\CA\SharedComponents\HIPSEngine\UmxPol.exe
    C:\Program Files\CA\SharedComponents\HIPSEngine\UmxAgent.exe
    UmxCfg.exe >> http://www.hijackfree.com/en/processdetails/?id=817
    UmxFwHlp.exe >> http://www.castlecops.com/o23list-1022.html
    UmxPol.exe >> http://www.castlecops.com/o23list-57.html
    UmxAgent.exe >>> http://www.castlecops.com/o23list-54.html

You have corresponding items running in the 023 Services area of the log. If we are going to assume this is the firewall you wish to run (CA recently purchased theTinyFirewall) and it looks like it is not so tiny anymore, we will leave it but you should not have another firewall running, and the SP2 firewall should be disabled per Microsoft's instructions.

Do you know what this program is: C:\WINDOWS\system32\PLServ.exe
    http://www.castlecops.com/o23list-1848.html

Now we are moving away from malware, unless malware has damaged a file/files to cause this:
I'm still having problems....Media Player and winamp freeze my computer with an hour glass...
I suggest you uninstall the program and install it again.

Since I do not use this program, I suggest you use these links to find support options or post your query at a fourm dealing with WinAmp issues.
    http://forums.winamp.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=11
    http://www.winamp.com/support/

.....and fireFox doesn't load pages from the internet(it loads htmls on my hard disk..)
Sounds like some setting issue to me, do you have the newest version of Firefox. If not, try downloading it to see if that fixes the problem.
    http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Have you tried Internet Explorer to see if it is working properly.

All of this has to do with the CA firewall, if you tried to uninstall it, that is probably what is causing these issues, until you provide me with more information, I can not say.

Make sure you followed the instructions in this link:
    http://users.telenet.be/bluepatchy/m...wcomputer.html
a good cleaning is what the computer needs, especially with all of the programs you removed.

Post a new HJT log and the answers to questions I asked.

I need to say that if you have multiple users, I will need to see HJT logs from each user at some point.

    Thanks

Wow man thanks for all your help!!

I think I got things under control

the CA security suite really messed up my computer I think messed up the registry.I tried for hours to remove it without success.
I think the firewall was messing up all of the programs.

what I did in the end was a windows system restore to five days ago before I installed the CA security suite.

now everything seems to be working.

I hope I didn't mess anything else up by doing the system restore....

I couldn't figure out what this program is: C:\WINDOWS\system32\PLServ.exe

again thank you for all your help

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\PLServ.exe >> Aladdin Knowledge Systems
    http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...wledge+Systems
I never ran into it before myself, if you don't know what it is or use it, uninstall or delete it.

If you wish to scan the file to make sure it is not malware, use this free scanner
    http://virusscan.jotti.org/
You may need to show hidden files and folders to see it:
    http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html

    Let's do a little cleaning:

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

O1 - Hosts: comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual

(any DPF you are positive are safe, you can leave)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

    run cleanmgr
