    Thumbs down Ultra High Speed 6.0Mb?

    I'm paying for top speed, and had 7 Bell South technicians at my house. Each "fixed" the problem, but broke the phone line, ect. ect. I found out their computers' "glue" is bad?? They cannot lookup an ip page number faster than 20 to 30 seconds, and I sit up all night for pages to load! Any suggestions? Switching companies is an option, but I cannot afford a single business type link.
