Copy a window (Alt + Print Screen) with the icons on it. Then paste it into a Paint document. Recopy just the icons into another Paint document to reduce the size. Save it as a bmp, gif or pdf no larger than 19.5 KB with a maximum width of 620 and a maximum height of 280.

Use "Manage Attachments" to attach the image(s) to a post.
