Website that lists programs that contain spyware?

I remember finding a website a long time ago that is like a database. They list shareware/freeware programs that have some type of spyware/adware inside. If I remember correctly, visitors can also submit reviews of programs they found that contain adware/spyware.

Does anyone know of this site? Could you please refresh my aging memory?

I don't think I asked my question correctly: let's say you download a free FTP program called FTP123 (fictitious) to give it a shot. Later that day you run Spybot S&D and it tells you there's some adware/spyware within the FTP utility.

I thought there was a website that had a list where you can check to see if the program you want to download contains adware/spyware.

I hope that makes sense.
