System performance down the tubes- Adaware, Spybot, MSAntiSpyware stumped.

Hey everyone

I do have experience removing spyware from computers, but this one on my own computer leaves me a little stumped. Complete HJT log is at the bottom of the post.

These entries from HijackThis strike me as suspicious:

You log look fine to me. those 016s are ok, you do have quite a few,
I suggest you fix all of the 016's, when next needed they will be put back.
