Updates and Downloaded Zip Files

I am receiving updates. They reside in my spybot s & d folder. They are zipped. Do I have to do anything with them to activate them? Or is the installation automatic? Thank you ahead of time.

If you are updating using the integrated update facility within Spybot (Update > Search for updates > Download updates) then no action is required. The zip files are automatically unzipped into the correct folders during the update process. If executable files (.dll, .exe, etc.) are delivered during the update process SpybotSD and/or TeaTimer will even be terminated and restarted if necessary.
