Google Search Redirect

I know this has already been posted probably multiple times but I really need help. I have run Spybot, AdAware, and I used Avast home version.
All of the google search links are being redirected to some site containing information similar to what I inquired from google
I need someone to walk me through what I need to do because it is very annoying not being able to utilize google searches

please help!

The symptoms you describe could be a hijack, but we would need to make an analysis of the system to determine that.
