All messed up

I am getting many pop-ups/slow downs after trying to remove it on my own, I figure I would come and let you experts have a crack at it. I've used Ad-Aware, McAfee, and Hijackthis. When I open sites without pop-ups I get the same "Free Ad" pop-up. Then I try to refresh the site and it says the page can't be loaded as if am not connected to the internet, tehn I have to close out IE and retry the page. It is actually occuring on this site as well. Here is my log thanks in advance.

what program do they belong to etc etc ?

In windows addremove programs uninstall (if there) dealhelper or DH and quicklinks, reboot the pc if prompted to.
While still in addremove programs look for and uninstall any suspect software.

Your running Hijackthis from a temp and it still hasnt been unzipped, neither is a good idea.
Create a new folder, for instance C:\AntiSpyware
Download the exe from here to that new folder.

This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong
Make and post a new log
