    Welcome to the forum Eddy

Your running Hijackthis from a temp and it still hasnt been unzipped, neither is a good idea.
Create a new folder, for instance C:\AntiSpyware
Download the exe from here to that new folder.
    http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong
Make and post a new log

    Hi

Im not sure what commandservice has to do with the problem i see but we can address it later if it is still detected.

    Download del-nuclab.zip to your desktop
    http://downloads.subratam.org/Lon/del-nuclab.zip
extract/unzip the file's inside and place the del-nuclab folder in C:\
Or the root of the drive where windows is installed.
Open the del-nuclab folder and run the batch.bat file then restart your pc.
A small batch will run just before the desktop loads.
Once back at the forums make and post a new hijackthis log please.
