Welcome back to the forum, great job As far as I can see, this log is clean of malware. I do see AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 onboard and would be glad to look at a scan report from it if you wish, follow these directions:
    http://forums.security-central.us/showthread.php?t=3165
and delete or at least quarantine anything located. Post the scan report.

Since the HJT log appears clean, if the computer is running as it should be and you don't feel this is necessary, then I suggest this.

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...rc=sec_doc_nam

AVG Anti-Spyware is a good program but it does use some resources. Once the trial is over you can update and use the scanner for as long as you wish, but unless you purchase it you should turn it off completely so it does not run unless you start it manually.

Here is some great information from Tony Klein, Texruss, ChrisRLG and Grinler to help you stay clean and safe online:

Red face AVG spyware and antivirus

I will run the AVG anti virus and spyware when I get home from work.... I complete forgot about the system restore..... I was having a little trouble with it after I had posted the log..... I did some windows updates and when I restarted the machine, it crashed on me. And I had to start from last known good configuration for the machine to boot up. I will start from step one just to make sure smitfraud didn't re install because of the fact I had to roll back.... will post logs advise when complete...... oh and by the way.... If given the oppurtunity I would love to learn more about helping others on these boards... .any info you have on that would be awesome

That's the hosts file, should not be a problem. To be sure, follow these directions. Open in notepad and post the contents for a look.

    To view the Hosts file:
Start -> Run -> Copy the following to the box and hit enter:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc\HOSTS

    See this: http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

Here is the other information you requested:

    give this a try then:

Download the HostsXpert 3.8 - Hosts File Manager.
    http://www.funkytoad.com/download/HostsXpert.zip
Unzip HostsXpert 3.7 - Hosts File Manager to a convenient folder such as C:\HostsXpert
Click HostsXpert.exe to Run HostsXpert 3.7 - Hosts File Manager from its new home
Click "Make Hosts Writable?" in the upper right corner (If available).
Click Restore Microsoft's Hosts file and then click OK.
click the X to exit the program.

    # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
    #
    # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
    # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
    # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
    # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
    # space.
    #
    # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
    # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
    #
    # For example:
    #
    # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
    # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

    127.0.0.1 localhost
