Welcome to the forum, I see you have infected System Restore files, please do not use SR until we clean those q little later.

    What is this program: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VF0060 STISvc] RunDLL32.exe V0060Pin.dll,RunDLL32EP 513

SmartFinder <<< do you know this is running from your Services?
    http://www.spywareguide.com/product_show.php?id=2165

This is an optional removal but you pay the price in adware!
SideStep O 640B39C1-D713-464F-92C3-75BD972B95EE sb02a.cab Travel price comparison service - more here

I see nothing of spylocked but Smitfraud is often hidden from HJT. If you wish to proceed with this cleanup, do so like this for starters:

    1) Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
    Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.

    2) http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfraudfix from here and follow ONLY these directions.

    Search:
    Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Restart the computer and post the C:\rapport.txt from Smitfraudfix, the Uninstall list, and any information I requested above.

    Thanks

Uninstall list: I'm loookin for security issues or malware. It is good chance for you to0 look for program you no longer use.

    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 11
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 8
    See this: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.p...80&postcount=2
Download the newest verion, then uninstall all old version in Add Remove Programs.

Panda ActiveScan <<< I suggest you uninstall this.

Everything else looks ok as far as I can see. You need to look yourself for unknown stuff, Google will identify it.

    http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< tutorial if needed.

    You are infected.

    Clean:
Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
    Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

    Optional:
To restore Trusted and Restricted site zone, select 3 and hit Enter.
You will be prompted: Restore Trusted Zone ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to delete trusted zone.
Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE-SPYAD, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE-SPYAD, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.

Restart the computer and post the C:\rapport.txt from Smitfraudfix and a new HJT log.

    Thanks

Is this your computer? This information ring a bell?

Thanks for returning the information, let's finish up like this: I will assume you do not own SpySweeper. If you do, ignore all SpySweeper instructions.

    1) You ran Smitfraudfix in Normal Mode, instructions specified Safe Mode?
Don't run it again, seems to have done the job and the Desktop can receive damage if no infection is present.
Scan done at 8:43:45.11, Thu 04/05/2007
    Run from C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\SmitfraudFix
OS: Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600] - Windows_NT
    The filesystem type is NTFS
    Fix run in normal mode

    2) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

    3) Disable the Service
Click Start > Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to SmartFinder Uninstall and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.

    4) Delete the Service
Open HijackThis and click Config -> Misc Tools -> Delete an NT service.
In the Delete window, type (SmartFinder_Uninstall) and press OK.
OK any prompts, close HijackThis, and restart your computer.

    5) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
    http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

    6) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

(unless you set the home page to Blank on purpose, remove the first two lines)

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\windows\system32\blank.htm
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\windows\system32\blank.htm
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpySweeper] "D:\Webroot\Spy Sweeper\SpySweeper.exe" /startintray
    SpySweeper
    O16 - DPF: {640B39C1-D713-464F-92C3-75BD972B95EE} - http://www.sidestep.com/get/k00719/sb02a.cab
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: WRNotifier - WRLogonNTF.dll (file missing)
    spySweeper
    O23 - Service: SmartFinder Uninstall (SmartFinder_Uninstall) - Unknown owner - C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\FWZ1EI87\SFUninstaller[1].exe" service (file missing)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

    7) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

    D:\Webroot\Spy Sweeper\ <<< delete that folder

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ <<< delete the contents (NOT THE FOLDER)

    8) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
    Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log for a final check.

    Thanks
