Cant get rid of Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888

Im at a bit of a loss with this, Spybot detects it and removes it yet when I reboot and rescan it is back.

Not sure where to go but I have ran a HijackThis scan and here is the output log from that:

Welcome to the forum, if you have not posted for help elsewhere, this is what I see.

Be sure your version of Spybot is up to date.

2) You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly. Uninstall one, update the one you keep and run a complete system scan, post for me any item that can't be removed, the complete name and pathway.

3) You do have junk that looks like it is from old infections that should be removed. Once you uninstall one of those antivirus programs, update and scan the complete system with the one you keep. Let me know about anything it finds it can not remove. Post that information along with a new HJT log.

I wanted to add that though I may not need it I see no antivirus scan. Makes me have to assume you missed this information:
