I found this program (it's a downloader) and I can't seem to get rid of it, it's called MatcashF Downloader. Any ideas on how I could remove this program? I think it's job is to download spyware, and other things without my consent.

Hello,

The easiest way would be a hijackthis log - perhaps it has also downloaded other bad stuff that we can remove in common.
