Desktop Shortcut maker

I cannot figure out what does this, but when I use IE (Firefox is not affected) after a random amount of navigating on any page(s) four or five desktop shortcuts appear on my desktop along with three shortcuts in IE's favorites folder. Neither I, Adaware, or SSD have been able to find the source and stop it. The shortcuts all go to various pages on hxxp://server4.103092804.com" Any ideas?
