ok syware comes up asking me to inform again and deleting the file.. msnlogs.exe however it doesnt remove and if i block it i get spam messages up the bottom right of my computer saying its in black list however i am able to run it without any errors at all... i do not wish to run this please help!!!

• Now click the button labelled "Search and Destroy"

Ok i cant start in safe mode... i can choose it by pressing F8 and everything loads then 2 accounts show up Administrator and My own account but i onli have a pass for my account but if i try clicking either the system restarts completely so i cant loginto safe mode... so i tried running nolop without being in safe mode and it said the system was clean and no errors no reboot button :S

*Please download AVG Anti-Spyware to your Desktop or to your usual Download Folder.

• Install AVG Anti-Spyware by double clicking the installer.
• Follow the prompts. Make sure that Launch AVG Anti-Spyware is checked.
• On the main screen under Your Computer's security.
  
  • Click on Change state next to Resident shield. It should now change to inactive.
  • Click on Change state next to Automatic updates. It should now change to inactive.
  • Next to Last Update, click on Update now. (You will need an active internet connection to perform this)
  • Wait until you see the Update succesfull message.
• Right-click the AVG Anti-Spyware Tray Icon and uncheck Start with Windows.
• Right-click the AVG Anti-Spyware Tray Icon and select Exit. Confirm by clicking Yes.

Disable Spybot's TeaTimer. This is a two step process.
First:
- Right click Spybot in the System Tray (looks like a calendar with a padlock symbol)
- Choose Exit Spybot S&D Resident
Second:
- Open Spybot S&D
- Click Mode, check Advanced Mode
- Go To Left Panel, Click Tools, then also in left panel, click Resident
- If your firewall raises a question, say OK
- Uncheck the box labeled Resident Tea-Timer and OK any prompts.
- Use File, Exit to terminate Spybot
- Reboot your machine for the changes to take effect.

Ok ive followed the steps u gave me upto the safe mode... When i press F8 i have 3 choices involving safemode...
1. Safe Mode
2. Safe Mode with Networking
3. Safe Mode with Command Prompt

I chose 1. Safe Mode it Asks which operating system to start so i choose the only choice: Windows XP Media Center Edition but when it loads it looks weird and there are 2 accounts when i only have one... There is Administrator (Usually not there) and My Account(Always There) but whenever i select one of these the whole system restarts therefore im unable to login at all...
