spylocked and infection

i am not very good at all this so am placing myself at your mercy!!

i have tried repeatedly to get rid of infections and have spylocked still on y computer.

also ran a scan and got the following:

I apologize if I was not clear with my instructions. The options were to:

1) Follow the self-help tutorial, which you appear not to have done, since I do not see the logs required with that tutorial.

2) To follow these instructions:

Which you have not done either:

1) Run an on-line Anti Virus scan.
Panda Online Scan
Panda ActiveScan
*Note: There are reports you would receive advertisements from the company on a continual basis so be careful which email address is used.
eTrust Antivirus Web Scanner
Bit Defender Virus Scan
Trend Micro Online Scan
Housecall For alternate browsers
Do not be concerned if the scanner "finds" things it says it cannot fix.
Save the log/report at the end of the on-line scan to post in your topic

An on-line scan is not the same as using your resident anti-virus program which is why we ask to see the results of an on-line scanner.
