Spyware

[Haifuss]

Hey all. I seem to have gotten a virus or spyware from surfing the Pron of course. What it does now is random pop ups of various web pages with offers. I have run spybot, CC cleaner, and Spyware doctor in safe mode. They clear it up in safe mode, but when I boot to regular windows, it comes back. Here is the hijack this file log:

Looks like I jumped the gun before reading the before you post part. Please close this thread and I will follow the correct steps prior to my next posting.
