I removed the items you suggested. I will see if I can find out if AVG anti-spyware will affect my windows defender. Also, since I have Symantec anti-virus, would it be beneficial to get the AVG anti-virus software? Thanks again for the help. You are great!

Nope...not unless you are going to get rid of Symantec. One av, and one firewall at a time.
