    Default Ipwins.exe Problem

    Hello, sorry for my english I'm not that good in writting. Here's my problem, it's been a week now that I have problems with my computer. I always get advertisement pop-ups from IE even though I'm not even in IE nor Firefox, and not long ago, I got this virus IPwins.exe, each time I get on my computer theres a message that something is missing with IPwins something... I scanned my computer with Spybot and I got this Smitfraud-C Toolbar 888 but spybot won't delete. Can some please help me?
