which one (download manager) are you keeping?
once all is uninstalled, then we cleanup the leftovers with hjt.

hi Vattic

i would keep just one. they are not malware, but incorporate themselves into internet explorer. you had several of them. thats what could have been causing your problems.
if you have broadband like a cable or dsl modem theres really no need for download management software.
