Default Unattended Start Up in Vista w/o admin rights

I am now in the second month of using and evaluating Vista with S&D. I work as user and not as admin on purpose and must say, that is is a serious shortcoming that S&D can only work under admin rights. It somehow defeats the purpose. If I install S&D on a multi user system (line my kids computer which still runs XP and does not have this problem) I definitely would want to run S&D for every user and NOT have him to know my admin pwd. That's how it worked under XP. Now I am sure Safer Networking must be aware of this but what exactly is the reason this cannot be modified so that it works under Vista?

Besides that critique best regards and keep up the good work!

    Default I agree

Just installed Spybot on my Vista system and have the same problem. I do not want to give out the admin password for other users. Hopefully Spybot will be able to integrate with Vista soon. I'd hate to have to use Defender and Adaware. YUCK!

    Default Answer from Spybot-team

Here is an answer I have received:

We know that Problem, but it can just be adjustet by Microsoft, changing the user privileges.
Currently we work on a new Spybot Version, and we try to override this.

    Please be patient.
