Is there a way so that if I have Spybot run as a scheduled task that even if it finds something and fixes it that the dialogue box where you just click [OK], can that not show up?

So your task might look something like.....
"C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\SpybotSD.exe" /AUTOUPDATE /AUTOIMMUNIZE /AUTOCHECK /AUTOFIX /AUTOCLOSE
Confirmation dialogue box still shows up.
