Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
    http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.

    See this: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.p...80&postcount=2
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\<<< Java is out of date and the infection is likely Vundo. You can see it in most of the logs coming in right now.
Download the newest version of Java and uninstall all old versions in Add Remove programs.

The item Spybot is finding is probably this: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=8668 (False Positive)

You did not give me much information, Vundo infections cause popups that try to get you to waste money on rouge spyware like winfixer, etc. If this sounds like you, then please understand the infection can be hard to remove.
Let's establish that the infection is there first.

C:\Program Files\HijackThis.exe <<< you have no folder? First create a folder like this: C:\Program Files\HJT\HijackThis.exe so logs and backups for safe have a place to store. Now rename HJT like this: C:\Program Files\HJT\Samare.exe or whatever you wish. Restart the computer so the change can happen, then do this:

    Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
    Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.

Post that uninstall list and a new HJT list and we should be able to see Vundo if it is present.

    Thanks

Thanks you for returning your information. This is indeed a Vundo infection, here is some information for you about the junk:
Since there is a class action involving this one, you may want to view this information:
    http://www.networkworld.com/news/200...-unravels.html
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBUZHiKhsog
    http://msmvps.com/blogs/spywaresucks...q=winfixer+msn
    http://www.revenews.com/wayneporter/...l_network_now/

I will tell you now that it can be tricky to remove, but that folks who follow the directions, rarely have any trouble.
I'll give it all to you at once, you take the time you need to follow the instructions carefully.

    1) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

    2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
    http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

Thanks to Atribune and any others who helped with this fix.

Please understand these hackers can call there junk anything they wish. Vundofix may not know the files at first, but it will learn. You want to run the fix until you see all Vundo files say: "Has been deleted"

    3) Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop
    • Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
    • Click the Scan for Vundo button.
    • Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
    • You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
    • Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
    • When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
    • Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThislogin a reply to this thread.
Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears upon rebooting.

If there is a file VundoFix doesn't find we need it submitted. Please submit
the files to upload malware http://www.uploadmalware.com

(hold those report and logs until you finish)

    4) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

(some items may be removed by Vundofix, just dont miss any)

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: pmkjg - C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmkjg.dll

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

    5) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ikrtifhj.dll <<< delete that file

(if you have any problems removing that file, then use this tool)
How to use the Delete on Reboot tool http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...42.html#delreb
    Start Hijackthis
    Click on the Config button
Click on the Misc Tools button
Click on the button labeled Delete a file on reboot...
A new window will open asking you to select the file that you would like to delete on reboot. Navigate to the file: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ikrtifhj.dll .dll and click on it once, and then click on the Open button.
You will now be asked if you would like to reboot your computer to delete the file. Click on the Yes button if you would like to reboot now.

    6) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
    Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post the Vundofix.txt report and a new HJT log. Add any comments you think will help.

    Thanks

This one got missed? If you set it that way, that is fine, it is NOT malware. Besides that, your HJT log appears to be clean of malware.

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

Since you had a nasty infection, It would be a good thing to run this free scan to look for anything left or hidden. Follow the instructions and delete or quarantine anything you find, then post the scan report.
