Ultimate Cleaner does it again...

Hey guys, I was happily surfing the net when out of nowhere Ultimate cleaner appers on my screen. I have tried all the basics to remove it (AVG) and Spybot but nothing works. Any help would be appreciated as I am pulling out my hair.
I hope I am not wasting your time because I am a total newbie when it comes to this. I have noticed other people with the same problem but the help you give is slightly different so I assume your help is PC specific.

try this:

scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.

next:
FOr XP: on the desktop double click my computer,go to tools>folder options>view> then select "show hidden files and folders", then UNcheck "hide protected operating system files " also UNcheck "hide extensions for known file types" click apply to all folders, apply then ok

look here;
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Application Data
delete this .exe:
bwtwhehq.exe

if it gives you problems boot into safe mode to delete it.
to reach safe mode you would tap the f8 key during a computer reboot. chose the first option from the list safe mode.

rescan and post a new hjt log.

Greetings shelf life, did as you instructed and everything went well. I noticed a difference immediately! When I log on to the internet now my IE window doesn't change colour like when you have to open windows on the screen and you jump from one to the other. Thanks for your help so far.....
