    Default Bifrose Removal

    Ok so far I have run full system scans using Spybot, AdAware, SPyware Terminator, SpyDoctor, Win Defender, Kaspersky, AVG, NOD32, Avast and others. Only Spybot has reported a registry entry for this Bifrose Trojan, every other program says no threats. I use the 'fix selected problem' button and upon relog and scan using spybot, the entry has reappeared. What I would like to know is;

    a) Do I have this trojan on my system?

    b) If so, how the hell can I get rid of it?

    c) How come only Spybot is reporting this trojan since I have seen entrys for Bifrose on all the major Anti Virus manufacturers' definitions logs?

    Someone please help me, I'm at my wits end not knowing whther to trust my pc or not!

    Please post a log of the actual detection you are getting. To do that:
    • Run another scan.
    • When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
    • Then paste (Ctrl+V) those results to a new post in this thread.

    Thanks

    Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.
