GdiplusUpgrade

On my add or remove programs list is something called GdiplusUpgrade. It only says "used" and "rarely" and does not have a button to change or remove it.

When I use my Windows search tool to find anything even remotely similar it can only find GDI which is a windows thing.

Is this spyware or what?

You could try this tool to try and determine which instance of the gdiplus.dll file is being used by an application:
