Can anyone help with this !

Hi all,
I have downloaded and run Easycleaner by Toni Arts, and when running the registry fixer it has found numerous registry entries to delete !, I dont really know what all of these mean so I was wondering if anyone could look at the attached attachment and give me some advice !, does Spybots Regalyser do the same sort of thing and if it does would I be better running that before posting a log, I hope some one can help.

If you would like a log from one of our softwares to be analysed, please produce a log and post that in the forum.
