Hi I am trying to get rid of Zlob.DNSchanger found by Spybot - Search and Destroy. Everytime it finds it and removes it, it eventually comes back. This piece of malware blocks my access to the internet. I figured out that if I uninstall my ethernet drivers and reinstall them, I regain access to the internet, so somehow this spyware is changing my TCP/IP settings, I am still able to access the internet through my router with other computers on my home network. Anyways, cut to the chase, I.....

Ran Trend Micro Online Scan....it found 3 things which I forgot to save a log for, but it supposedly "removed" it, but after rebooting spybot found them again.

I rebooted into safe mode, ran Spybot, found Zlob.DNSchanger and removed it again.

Ran hijack this, here is my log file....
