Spybot S&D missing things?

I use Spybot S&D routinely on a number of XP PC's, but on one it seems to scan less things and quicker.
On most it appears to scan about 50,000 items and then check cookies on IE and Firefox. But on one PC it seems to jump straight to scanning for the cookies and finish.
I fear I may have made a selection which means it isn't checking everything.
I have looked at Settings and can't see anything wrong.

Could anyone suggest what might be going on?

Try looking in File Sets(Settings->File Sets).Make sure everything is checked,except possibly the Usage Tracking items at the end.They're optional,so don't check those unless you like to scan for Tracks.

Thanks for that, it was the problem. But I had looked there and assumed that the tick in the box at the 'root' of that section meant that all those in the section were checked!
I have individually checked each and now it scans the usual 60K items.

If the situation ever arises again, there are right click options such as "Select all available checks" and "Spyware check only" (the default) that saves having to individually check each item.
