"Fixing" entries found in Spybot

Spybot S&D found the following 2 entries which is placed in RED:

Windows Security Center.FirewallDisableNotify: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\FirewallDisableNotify!=dword:0

Windows Security Center.AntiVirusDisableNotify: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDisableNotify!=dword:0

Is if SAFE to "FIX" these two entries?

They are just telling you that the alert settings for Firewall and Antivirus in Security center are not set to their default values. That may be deliberate or set by your firewall and AV respectively and not a bad thing at all.

Also if you highlight one of those and open the information side bar (click on the grey box on the right side of the scan window) you will find an explanation of these warnings.

If the non-default settings are correct, right click on the item and click exclude this detection from further searches.
