    Exclamation Abetear.A

Hello, I am infected by what I believe is a Trojan called Win32/Abetear.A that only CA Antivirus seems to detect as such. CA Antivirus detects it, manages to delete infected files by Abetear re-appears immediately after... My laptop is running very slow. Thank you for your help.
