    Default Windows is locking up

    Hello, i have two problems.

I have received help here before, and we got it all solved.
I have tried to use http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner to find any problematic files but i can’t seem to get it running.

And now to the new and big question.
My PC have in the past days locked up completely, you can hear the computer work but nothing can make it response. (The mouse can be moved on the screen)
When the mouse is moved over the bottom row, the time-glass appears.

The only way to make it stop is to press the on button to force it to shut down. Even now it does not turn of completely, it requires a new start/shutdown to stop.

I have tried to find problems on the computer and on the systemfiles (sfc /scannow).

But now I have no more ideas
