    Default spybot not fixing problems?

When I run a bot check and click "fix selected problems" it tells me it has fixed the selected problems. But, if I run another check the same problems show up again. ???????
If it makes any differnce, I usually use Firefox as my browser.

    steve w:

The best way to answer Spybotsandra's question is to post a log of the actual detections you are getting. To do that:
    • Run another scan/fix.
    • When the scan/fix completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
    • Then paste (Ctrl+V) those results to a new post in this thread.

Note: Please indicate which are the repetitive detections in that listing.

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.

Actually, it doesn't seem to remove any of them. When I run a test then click 'fix selected problems' then run another test all of the same problems turn up. "Zenos, Casale Medias', all of them. Eventually, perhaps after running enough tests and 'fixing', I guess it does clean things up, or else I would just keep getting more and more problems piling on, which doesn't happen. But why doesn't it fix things straight away?
    Thx

Please post the listing I requested and maybe someone can satisfy your query.

OK Here's the list of problems that weren't fixed after running the scan.
    Thanks much.

In regard to the detections identified as Firefox tracking cookies. Sometimes Spybot has trouble removing Firefox tracking cookies. There are suggestions in the following post on how to remove them as well as block them from being stored in the future:
