Default Why is a disabled MS SecurityCenter identified as problem ?

I intentionally disabled the MS SecurityCenter under WinXP.

However when I run SpyBot S&D this Registry entry is identified/listed as problem.

    Why ?

I how can I permanently hide/exclude this "problem" in future SB S&D runs ?
