Will Spybot detect this problem?

When the network card is enabled, a program is downloaded (I can't detect what program it is but I can see the traffic being received). When it stops downloading, email after email is sent from the computer. I don't even have an email account set up on there so it's sending it independently. Anyone have any idea what this is or if Spybot can or will detect what it is?

Without seeing a Spybot-S&D log, we could only guess.
